Annual dues are USD $35 ($15 student with proof of enrollment) and are payable upon joining AESE. We are currently still working on setting up a digital method to pay your dues by credit card. In the meantime, please send dues in the form of a check payable to Association of Earth Science Editors. Note that checks must be in U.S. dollars, electronically transferrable to a U.S. bank that is imprinted on the form (for example, Chase Manhattan, New York) and with the 9-digit bank routing number, printed as part of the machine-readable text at the bottom of the check. We are unable to process government postal orders, even if they can be expressed in U.S. dollars.

AESE is the Association of Earth Science Editors. We are a group of editors, publishers, and science communicators coming together to share our knowledge and experience in development, editing, and publication of earth science content. Our members come from a range of backgrounds, from state, federal, and provincial geological survey editors, to freelance editors and university educators. The purpose of AESE is to foster education and improved communication in the earth sciences by providing efficient means for cooperation among editors and promoting effective dissemination of earth science information.
